21-Day Lease Guarantee

We find a quality tenant in 21 days, or the first two months of management are free.

Tenant Replacement Guarantee

Property Condition Standards

We are committed to providing safe, clean, and properly maintained homes to our residents. In order to comply with State judicial law and Century 21 Accent Homes Management standards, the below items must be completed before we will advertise and rent a property.

  1. 1The property is professionally cleaned and free of trash and debris, inside and outside.
  2. 2HVAC system to be in good operating condition, with a new filter installed.
  3. 3All mechanical elements, including appliances, operate as designed.
  4. 4Caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms shall be clean and free of mildew.
  5. 5The doors and locks are all functioning properly and all keyed the same.
  6. 6Windows must open, close, and lock properly, and window screens are in good condition.
  7. 7Window coverings functioning. No broken or missing blinds, old or worn drapes removed/replaced, and curtain rods well anchored.
  8. 8Painted wall surfaces in good condition, free of nail holes, scuffs, mismatched touch-ups, and/or scratches.
  9. 9Carpet professionally steam cleaned or replaced if too heavily stained.
  10. 10Electrical outlets, switches, and light fixtures/ceiling fans work correctly.
  11. 11All light bulbs are functional and matching.
  12. 12Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed per state requirements.
  13. 13No personal property or items in the unit. This includes furniture, knickknacks, toiletries, shower curtains, Kleenex boxes, kitchen or bathroom items, soap dispensers, pictures, lawn equipment, lawnmowers, tools, etc.
  14. 14All smart home technology, including cameras and alarm systems or any other devices that could infringe on the tenant's privacy or disrupt their quiet enjoyment of the property, have been removed.
