What's the difference between the Silver and Gold plans?
Both plans include the same full-service management and the same fee structure. The Gold plan ($350/month) adds all six written guarantees — 21-Day Lease, Tenant Replacement, Eviction Protection, Tenant Damage, Animal Damage, and Rent Protection. The Silver plan ($250/month) is the same service without those guarantees.
Are the fees the same on both plans?
Yes. Leasing, renewal, setup, and owner reserve fees are identical on Silver and Gold. The only difference is the monthly management fee ($250 vs. $350) and whether the written guarantees are included.
Do you charge a percentage of rent?
No — both plans are flat monthly fees, so a higher-rent home costs the same to manage as a lower-rent one. No percentage of rent, no maintenance markup, and no tiered add-ons.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Management is month-to-month from day one on both plans; you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
