Every home we manage is backed by six written guarantees — including our 21-Day Lease Guarantee: if we don't have a quality tenant for your home within 21 days of going live, two months of management fees are on us. Owner draws are ACH-deposited directly into your bank account around the 10th-12th of each month. You'll receive a detailed monthly statement showing all income, expenses, and your net distribution.

We conduct comprehensive screening including credit checks, criminal background verification, income verification (3x monthly rent required), employment verification, previous landlord references, and eviction history checks.
We handle all maintenance coordination through our vetted vendor network. Routine repairs up to $500 are handled without needing your approval. Our average repair time is just 3 days.
Yes. We operate month-to-month from day one. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Our goal is to earn your trust every month.
