What is the 21-Day Lease Guarantee?
We guarantee that we can find a quality tenant for your home within 21 days of going live at a mutually agreed rent. If we don't secure an approved tenant within that timeframe, we credit you two full months of management fees — a $700 value.
When does the 21-day clock start?
The clock starts the day your property goes live on the market — after it's rent-ready and our professional marketing is published.
What happens if my home isn't rented in 21 days?
You receive a credit of two full months of management fees ($700 value). The guarantee is written into our agreement — it isn't a marketing slogan.
Are there conditions?
Two main ones: the rent price must be mutually agreed upon based on our market analysis, and the guarantee applies when Century 21 Accent Homes screens and places the tenant under our standard process.
Does this cost extra?
No. The 21-Day Lease Guarantee is included in our flat $350/month full-service management plan, alongside five other written guarantees.
