On a $3,500/month home, your entered 8% rate produces $3,360 in annual management fees. Placement, renewal and separately quoted services affect the total. A flat fee can cost more or less depending on the rent, service scope and other charges.
Our monthly management fee is $250 for Silver or $350for Gold, regardless of rent. Placement is 75% of one month's rent, renewal is $395 and setup is $150. Both plans include the Owner Benefits Package under the management agreement; enter $0 for any equivalent service included in the other manager's quote.
