Why an 8% Fee Costs More Than a Flat Rate

A percentage-based fee sounds small, but it scales with your rent and stacks on top of a full month's leasing fee and a steep renewal fee every year. On a $3,500/month home, a “standard” 8% manager charges $3,360 a year in management alone — before leasing, renewals, and the à-la-carte services we bundle in for free.

Our pricing is flat: $250/month on Silver or $350/month on Gold, the same regardless of your rent. A higher-rent home costs no more to manage. And every plan includes our Owner Benefits Package — annual home and HVAC assessments, pest control, and smoke alarm & compliance inspections — that most managers bill separately.
