About Our Company

Tom has been working at Century 21 Accent Homes since 1976. His mother, Eunice, opened the doors of Century 21 Accent Homes in 1972 and retired in 1995. Tom gained his broker’s license in 1979 and is licensed to serve in three areas including Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Tom graduated from Virginia Tech in 1974 with a Bachelor’s in finance. After joining Century 21, he worked on the Board of Northern Virginia Credit Union for over 25 years until it merged with Apple Federal Credit Union. Tom enjoys giving back to the community and was the President of Pioneer Baseball for two years. He also developed two acres of land and built five houses.

Tom is a Northern Virginia Native. He Graduated from Thomas A Edison High School and then from Radford University with a degree in accounting and finance. Tom's family owns Century 21 Accent Homes and has been serving Northern Virginia since 1972. Through osmosis, Tom has become a skilled salesperson with a deep focus on providing high levels of customer service. He has partnered with the Mike Ferry Real estate coaching organization to learn industry-leading active marketing techniques to help clients get homes sold quickly for top dollar.

Theresa joined Century 21 Accent Homes in August 2022 to oversee all maintenance and repair matters. Prior to Century 21, Theresa worked for 13years in Residential Property Management in Singapore which trained her to have a diverse background in operations, maintenance, and repairs matters. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Management from St. Joseph’s College Quezon City, Philippines, and is a certified ISO and OHSAS internal auditor in Singapore. To become even better-rounded in handling maintenance, she earned her training in Managing work at height, Corrective and Preventive maintenance, and Supervisor Course in Workplace Safety & Health. During her free time, Theresa loves cycling with friends and traveling with family.

I joined Century 21 on August 23, 2022 as the Director of Resident Relations. Prior to C21, I was the Leasing Operations Manager at Poplar Homes, Account Manager for Robinson Land, Team Leader at Convergys, Retention Specialist and Shipping Supervisor at ShortPar4, and over 10 years of Experience as a Customer Service Representative from various BPO's under AT&T.

I am a registered Nurse by profession in which I am trained to work smart, prioritizing what is important and urgent based on the scenario at hand.

I am a chess player since childhood and was able to develop analytical thinking skills that can think outside the box. I work best in problem-solving especially in situations that need immediate resolution and can work calmly under pressure.

I love to play badminton which also attests to my personality as being competitive and strategic. I am fond of watching/reading success stories that would feed my imagination as me being ambitious. I hunger for Feedback and am open to constructive criticisms that can distinguish my weakness and convert it as my strength.

Originally from Long Island New York, Remington has lived in Northern Virginia since 2016. He brings expert knowledge of backyards, dog parks, and pet friendly activities from his years of experience in the community. When he is not helping humans find their dog’s dream home he enjoys playing frisbee, squirrel watching and long car rides with the window down.
