Century 21 Accent Homes sends transactional and customer-care text messages related to your tenancy or the services you requested, including appointment scheduling and reminders, post-visit instructions, billing notifications, and maintenance work-order communications (such as follow-up texts asking you to reply with photos of a reported maintenance issue).
- Consent to receive text messages is obtained through our web forms or verbally during a phone call with our office, and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.
