21-Day Lease Guarantee
We find a quality tenant in 21 days, or the first two months of management are free.
Tenant Replacement Guarantee
If our tenant leaves before 12 months, we replace them at no additional cost.
Eviction Protection Guarantee
We cover all legal and removal costs if a tenant we placed needs to be evicted.
Tenant Damage Guarantee
We cover up to $5,000 above the security deposit for tenant-caused damage.
Animal Damage Guarantee
Up to $2,500 per approved pet, $5,000 max per incident, for animal-caused damage.
Rent Protection Guarantee
If a court-ordered writ of possession is executed against a tenant we placed, we pay you one month's rent.
